Before you book

Good to know.

Straight answers to the questions guests usually ask before booking.

How many guests can stay, and what is the bedroom layout?

Eagle’s Nest welcomes up to 8 guests, and children under 8 are welcome free, across 4 bedrooms with one Queen-size bed in every bedroom. The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests aged 8 and over; guests 7–8 are charged extra per person, per night. Children under 8 stay free and are entered separately. Larger groups may be considered only by prior written request.

What bathroom facilities are available?

The house has four separate bathroom facilities: one ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity; a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity; an upstairs shower room with a shower and vanity; and an upstairs powder room with a toilet and hand basin. In total, the house provides 3 showers, 3 toilets and 1 bathtub.

What does the nightly rate include?

Standard rates apply Monday–Thursday and Sunday nights, with weekend rates on Friday and Saturday nights. Public-holiday nights may be priced differently. Cleaning is included and there is no separate cleaning fee. The booking flow shows the full line-item total, including additional guests, pets and cancellation cover, before personal details or payment are collected. Early Bird, Last Minute, seasonal and other promotional rates may apply. Please check the price for your selected dates.

Are children and pets welcome?

Families are welcome. Up to 4 children under 8 stay free and are entered separately from guests aged 8 and over. Up to 2 pets may stay, charged per pet, per stay, subject to the published pet rules and prior disclosure during booking.

What are the stay, check-in and check-out arrangements?

The standard minimum stay is 2 nights, increasing to 3 nights on long weekends. Self check-in is provided. Check-in from 10:00 am and check-out by 4:00 pm are provided for your comfort.

What is included in the bedrooms and bathrooms?

Every bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a Noirot heater, an electric blanket and supplied bed linen. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are also provided. Cooling is available in the main living area.

Are the spa and sauna private, and can we hold a celebration?

The outdoor spa and sauna are private to the booked group. Small private celebrations are acceptable, but Eagle’s Nest is not an event venue: parties, large gatherings and unapproved visitors are not permitted. The standard limit is 8 guests aged 8 and over, plus up to 4 children under 8.

How do direct booking, cancellation and payment work?

Bookings made 14–27 days before check-in can choose Pay in full or Pay in 2. Bookings made less than 14 days before check-in are paid in full. When choosing a split-payment option, the final scheduled payment is due 7 days before check-in. Every payment date and amount is shown before the guest confirms, and scheduled payments are charged automatically by Stripe. Best Price provides a full refund within 24 hours of making the booking and is non-refundable after that window. Flexible costs 10% more and provides a full refund when cancelled 5 or more days before check-in, or a 50% refund when cancelled within 5 days before check-in.
